In 2021 Robert and Jeanin Nzapa initiated a church-plant and started a church building project in Wema Centre, Mombasa. It is a poverty-stricken area in a mainly Muslim city. The physical and spiritual needs are great. But UBORA Ministries is a beacon of light bringing faith in Jesus Christ and new hope to people in the area.

The dream was born. Robert Nzapa, from D.R. Congo but resident in Denmark, was moved by God to birth a ministry and a church in Mombasa, Kenya.
Covid-19 delayed the plans, but a plot of land in the Wema Centra area, North Bamburi, was purchased and the plans to build a small church were drawn up.
